Female Leadership Programme

As a College, we are committed to closing the gender gap and to address the scarcity of women in leadership roles both globally and on island. As a result, Jersey College for Girls is launching a new pioneering Female Leadership Programme in PSHE provision across Key Stages 3 and 4.

The modules have been designed with professional coaches and trainers and will aim to develop students’ confidence, bespoke to our students’ needs.It will provide students with a plethora of opportunities to see what leadership can look like for them as young women and will enhance their own strengths and leadership skills.

The modules will provide students with the opportunity to network with and to learn from women already leading change across Jersey, encouraging students to become confident future leaders and changemakers in our society.
